Change to what is extracted from the build directory

Instead of specifically extracting the deploy folder, will now be
extracting the entire build directory so that it is available in case
more than just some specific files are needed to be extracted. Added
back a link to the internal build directory so that things that used the
old /deploy path will not need to be changed.
