meta-google: hoth: Remove SRCREV override

The SRCREV now matches
https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc/blob/b3415dd342accf1b4b75d2aa5b041d24cc0c7783/meta-security/meta-tpm/recipes-tpm1/hoth/libhoth_git.bb#L4
and the override is not needed anymore.
