obmc-yadro-fwupdate: srcrev bump 9ec0aee..8338fb9

This brings:
 - Support for VEGMAN
 - reboot-guard-support is enabled by default
 - Some code refactoring
 - Using the PACKAGECONIFG instead of OEMESON to enable configure
   options.
