Redfish: Fix bug that cause validator failed

MaxImageSizeBytes was added in this commit:
https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/c/openbmc/bmcweb/+/43775
but the UpdateService version number was not changed.

MaxImageSizeBytes in UpdateService belongs to UpdateService.v1_5_0.json
