Introduce Thermal schema
Changes:
-redfish.hpp add thermal node installation
-thermal.hpp add thermal schema for chassis
-sensor.hpp add support for retrieving:
temperature, and fan
Verification:
-web server: no regression
-RSV: pass
-build on x86 and ASPEED
This patchset builds on Dawids original.
