Fix empty response when do the clearLog

It won't show anything when do the POST
/redfish/v1/Systems/<str>/LogServices/PostCodes/Actions/LogService.ClearLog

Give a response which same as
/redfish/v1/Systems/<str>/LogServices/EventLog/Actions/LogService.ClearLog
