Fix RestorePolicy map

Before this code looked like:

{"xyz.openbmc_project.Control.Power.RestorePolicy.Policy.Restore",
"LastState"},
and that matches the PDI:

changed this to RestorePolicy.Policy.AlwaysRestore, I think just a copy
mistake.

Pointed out by Patrick Rudolph.

Tested: None. Searching the enum now matches PDI and what was there
before.
