Replace BMCWEB_ROUTES lambdas with functions

Use functions as BMCWEB_ROUTES handlers. When possible replace lambdas
with function using bind_front for app parameter.

In case of findItemAndRunHandler simple lambda is used to avoid creating
function with calling just one other function as findItemAndRunHandler
is used also in other places.

Tested (on previous patchset):
