Move TPMRequiredToBoot under Boot for PATCH call

TrustedModuleRequiredToBoot is a sub-parameter of the 'Boot' parameter.
Edits the patch code to make sure the patch happens under
'{"Boot":{"TrustedModuleRequiredToBoot": false}}', instead of current:
'{"TrustedModuleRequiredToBoot":false}'.
