Move ethernet interface away from Node class

Pursuant to the other patchsets further up in this chain, continue to
move things to the simpler BMCWEB_ROUTE mechanism.  This moves the
Ethernet modules up the chain.

Tested:
Ed Tested on redfish service validator, no new errors (unrelated UUID
error present)
Gunnar Tested Series on validator and GUI.
