Introduce ComputerSystem schema
Initial commit which adds:
- ComputerSchemaCollection GET method
- ComputerSchema GET, PATCH methods
Tested on x86 and aspeed
- RSV pass for ComputerSchema
- bmcweb interface no regression
- smbios interface tested with demo app
