Error handling for power Hardware Abstraction Layer (pHAL) Proposal to provide mechanism to convert the failure data captured as part of Power Hardware Abstraction Layer(pHAL) to Platform Entity Log(PEL) format. The OpenBMC project is a Linux Foundation project whose goal is to produce a customizable, open-source firmware stack for Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs).
