sensors: Fix repository and example links The phosphor-hwmon and dbus-sensors links do not work with paranthenses (), they should be brackets []. The Palmetto configuration example link changed. The meta-openbmc-machines path no longer exists, the meta-palmetto is under meta-ibm. Fixes openbmc/docs#61.
