meta: yosmeite4: Remove fan UNC threshold
Remove all UNC thresholds of fan sensors from the configuration.
Motivation:
Because setting PWM to 100% during normal fan control triggers many fan
threshold warning events that affect system state assessment, these
thresholds are removed to prevent the warning events from being emitted.
