Remove the SMI GPIO from the config file

This causes the pin to be exported so it can't be monitored as
a character device elsewhere.  This change removes it from the
config so we can monitor it.

Tested:
Confirmed that the pin is not exported on boot and can be claimed
and monitored elsewhere.
