configurations: catalina_pdb: fix PDB VR voltage threshold

Fix the wrong label used in all PDB VR voltage threshold.
- PDB_VR_P12V_N1_VOLT_V
- PDB_VR_P12V_N2_VOLT_V
- PDB_VR_P12V_AUX_VOLT_V
