configurations: add ASRock ROMED8HM3
This is a single-socket Epyc server from ASRock Rack. This config will
need some updates to enable Super-IO-based host CPU temperature
monitoring when driver support becomes available, but this provides
support for the other available sensors as a baseline.
Tested: all sensors are populated as expected on an ASRock ROMED8HM3
system.
