schemas: legacy: refine 'BridgeGpio'

'BridgeGpio' was not clearly defined, define it according to the
upstream configurations.

2 Configurations have been adjusted due to misconfiguration of
'Polarity' field. This change should have no effect on runtime behavior,
the code has been checked [1].

Tested: Schema Validator Pass
