Configurations: update for mtmitchell, mtjade

This updates the mtmitchell, mtjade json configurations with some
changes:
- Decorator.Compatible interface added
- Common.UUID interface added

Tested:
1. Get UUID from FRU multi-record area via ipmitool
$ ipmitool mc guid
System GUID   : 44f57056-b304-11eb-b57c-fcd1d87ac40c
2. Get UUID from FRU multi-record area via Redfish
$ GET /redfish/v1/Systems/system
"UUID": "44f57056-b304-11eb-b57c-fcd1d87ac40c"
