owners: Add myself to reviewers
I would be happy to help with the code review and speed up the feedback
loop.
Limited to non configuration and non schema related things since
i lack the overview about the specific platforms and devices to say
anything useful there. Also to not get overwhelmed with emails.
Had a very good experience with what Christopher Sides did in terms of
review which helped me to improve my patches, so i want to follow his
example here.
