configurations: Latest update for mtmitchell

This commit updates mtmitchell json configurations with some latest
changes:

- Threshold values of on-board sensors updated
- Threshold values of PSU inlet temps removed
- Chassis_Intrusion_Sensor added
- InletTemp added
- NVMeM2_MaxTemp, OCP_MaxTemp virtual sensors added
- Decorator.Compatible interface added
- Labels array for PSU0, PSU1 added
