configurations: add generic BMC Storage Module

Add the generic BMC Storage Module configuration for the projects that
use 'BMC Storage Module' as 'BOARD_PRODUCT_NAME'.

Add manufacturer into the probe so the configuration could be used for
BMC Storage Module manufactured by Wiwynn.
