configurations: santabarbara: remove e1.s 1 sensors in chassis level

The E1.S 1 slot and sensors are reserved on the motherboard, but the
E1.S 1 is not installed at the chassis level. Therefore, all E1.S 1
related sensors are removed to avoid incorrect sensor readings.
