Use hash of found device for json key

When applicable use a hash to name the key of the json
device. This is being done so that we can start to track
changes between different boots. "Name" is still a key
for every object, so with some cleanup we can reuse the
json key to track the device.

This is step one of being able to do this tracking.

Tested: All entity manager configs still load
