usb-dbg: critical sel frame: Support critical sel show on debug card

Description:
 - Show all critical sel messages on debug card

Design:
 - This feature will iterate loggers from xyz.openbmc_project.
   Logging.Entry to parse all the critical sels and show its
   message property on debug card.
