Remove Foxconn owners to test Gerrit Owner plugins Currently the gerrit review is not working for this repo due to Gerrit Owner plugins disabling reviews after hitting owner issues. Remove one of the owner to see if that is the cause of the issue. Change-Id: I6c241e0c7697aef73302f8ee71ad2b9a545a22d9 Signed-off-by: Willy Tu <wltu@google.com>
