OWNERS: switch 'matches' to 'matchers' The original OWNERS template had a mistake which used 'matches' instead of the field supported by the Gerrit plugin 'matchers'. gpioplus is a c++ wrapper around the linux gpio ioctl interface. It aims to provide c++ ergonomics to the usage.
For a standard release build, you want something like:
