Parse error metadata yaml in reporting script

Parse the X.metadata.yaml files to pull out the
metadata fields for an error, so it can be printed
with the rest of the information.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
