Find a policy entry and create the Policy object

Find an entry in the policy table based on the error
log entry's properties, and create and save the
sdbusplus object for it.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
