Handle SdBusError exceptions

sdbusplus can now throw exceptions, so while they aren't expected
the code should handle them.

Tested:  Create and delete error logs

Provides IBM specific error logging functionality.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To clean the repository run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
