Add deprecated warning to openbmc/ibm-pldm-oem As openbmc/pldm repository has better seperation and infrastructure for supporting oem/vendor specific functions the code in this repository has been migrated to openbmc/pldm & there is no active developement in this repository for last 3 years. The code under this repository is already merged into openbmc/pldm, and there is no active development since last 3 years. Look at vendor-specific-functions in pldm repository for more details on adding vendor specific functionality in openbmc/pldm stack.
