Update AC fail check to new DBus parameter

PFail was removed from DBus and replaced with a new parameter
in settings.  This changes the Get Chassis Status command to
check the new parameter to get the AC fail status.

Tested:
After AC cycle:
ipmitool chassis status
Last Power Event     : ac-failed
