meta-amd: Enable SOL host console

This patch enables Serial over LAN Host console.
It uses "ttyS0" as a terminal device and sets the baud rate to 115200.
In EthanolX, UART1 is directly connected to the host.

It further removes the upstream-provided server configuration file which
is for LPC Virtual UART.
