linux-aspeed: OCC, ISL68137, ASPEED spi-nor updates

The primary change is reverting the use of memcpy_fromio() in the ASPEED
spi-nor driver, as it's prone to stuttering the FIFO on unaligned reads
(leading to data corruption).
