linux-aspeed: Move to 5.2.1, fix Aspeed i2c and swift FSI GPIOs

This includes security and bug fixes from the 5.2.1 stable release.

The i2c fix removes is required to support existing Qemu models, as we
do not yet have buffer mode support in qemu.

ASPEED

This is the ASPEED Board Support Package (BSP) layer. It supports the AST2400 and AST2500; ARM service management SOCs made by ASPEED. More information about the AST2400 and AST2500 can be found here and here.
