aspeed-u-boot-sdk: Bump to latest dev commit

This includes a fix to the bootm limit issue so the patch can be
removed. It also addresses other issues, such as an updated SMP
handshake and booting larger kernels.

ASPEED

This is the ASPEED Board Support Package (BSP) layer. It supports the AST2400 and AST2500; ARM service management SOCs made by ASPEED. More information about the AST2400 and AST2500 can be found here and here.
