linux-aspeed: Move to 5.3.15 This includes security and bug fixes from the 5.3.12, 5.3.13, 5.3.14 and 5.3.15 stable releases. This is the final 5.3 bump. The openbmc kernel will now move to 5.4. Change-Id: Ib6250b597c0d0189053355bf5cd0d68d09b7d144 Signed-off-by: Joel Stanley <joel@jms.id.au>
