witherspoon: obmc-console: Mirror host console to ttyS0 This resolves openbmc/openbmc#1279 in the same way as the Zaius patch at cd021293f1264ace3b0833e63a3f9b4a20fd1ef4. Also, add baud-rate change per Zaius change at dbf3fba037a7c791084b87e0de4e88316386de3c.
