meta-phosphor: Add Mailbox Daemon

Tested: Built image and mboxd then ran on lanyang
	motherboard, checked the mailbox daemon on BMC,
	used instruction "ps -l" to check mailbox process
	status, the result like
	"mboxd --flash 64M --window-size 1M"
