meta-lenovo: hr855xg2: new YAML dependency scheme

Move YAML file of ipmi fru, sensors and led to configuration folder
to create simpler scheme for hr855xg2 platform, for all the IPMI
virtuals and PREFERRED_PROVIDERS in meta-phosphor are in the
process of being deprecated.
