openpower: remove deprecated mapper path whitelist The OpenPOWER layer has switched over to the new dbus service whitelist mechanism for phosphor-mapper. meta-openpower is the OpenPOWER layer and should be included in all OpenPOWER systems' bblayers.conf. More information on OpenPOWER can be found here.
