meta-openpower: remove virtual inventory Nothing DEPENDS on virtual/obmc-inventory-data, and nothing RDEPENDS on VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_skeleton_workbook, so there isn't any need to set default ones for OpenPOWER systems. meta-openpower is the OpenPOWER layer and should be included in all OpenPOWER systems' bblayers.conf. More information on OpenPOWER can be found here.
