openpower-software-manager: Add verify_pnor_signature Add the definition for the verify_pnor_signature package to the base openpower-software-manager recipe. This package is disabled by default. meta-openpower is the OpenPOWER layer and should be included in all OpenPOWER systems' bblayers.conf. More information on OpenPOWER can be found here.
