Rename phosphor-settings-read-settings-mrw-native dir The phosphor-settings-read-settings-mrw-native.bb was renamed in a62ad5c1. Rename the directory so the mrw-override-settings.yaml file can be found. a62ad5c1 appended -native to native setting recipes to follow bitbake naming conventions but left out this directory. Resolves openbmc/openbmc#2909 Tested: Built an image for Witherspoon and verified the correct power cap range values. meta-openpower is the OpenPOWER layer and should be included in all OpenPOWER systems' bblayers.conf. More information on OpenPOWER can be found here.
