meta-phosphor: ipmi-fru-*inventory-mrw-native: rename as git

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
