meta-phosphor: pid-control: inherit autotools directly Inherit autotools directly as it now supports the flto modifications, gcc-ar and gcc-ranlib automatically. Tested: Verified phosphor-pid-control continued to build within a bitbake environment as before. Verified the configure log for this build also found the gcc-ar, gcc-ranlib tools.
