meta-phosphor: kcsbridge: use git protocol instead of https

Use the git protocol with github packages instead of the https protocol
for fetching the repository contents.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
