meta-phosphor: fix S with trailing slash

Upstream OE added a warning when S has a trailing slash.  Remove the
trailing S from the flagged recipes to avoid the warning.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
