meta-phosphor: distro: drop meta-virt

meta-virtualization was dropped from Phosphor OpenBMC awhile back.
There isn't any reason to continue setting this variable.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
