kernel: Maxim max31785 workarounds
This contains two workarounds for the Maxim max31785. The first is to
fix the lack of configuration of the fan installed bits in the
FAN_CONFIG_1_2 register.
The second is a workaround for a i2c issue observed when testing the
code. This is still being root caused.
